  • Halar® & Chemical Resistant Coating Services.png

HALAR coating is highly resistant to extreme temperatures, impact, chemicals, corrosion, and electricity. It's commonly applied to products exposed to significant friction, as it helps minimize wear.

HALAR® is a 1:1 alternating copolymer of ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene (ECTFE). Comprising about 80% ECTFE by weight, HALAR offers one of the highest levels of chemical resistance available in polymers. While ECTFE homopolymers are excellent for chemical resistance, they are challenging to shape into complex forms. By copolymerizing ECTFE with ethylene, HALAR coating combines exceptional chemical resistance with improved processability.

  • High Temperature Ceramic Coating Services.png

Our expertise and advanced equipment guarantee that your coating will be of the highest quality. With our in-house lab, we regularly test various coatings on the market and are fully equipped to customize a solution that meets your specific needs.

Ceramic coatings are versatile and can be found in applications ranging from sub-sea environments to engine compartments. These high-temperature ceramic coatings offer a unique combination of hardness, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. Some formulations are stable up to 2000°F and require only an ambient cure. Due to their ambient curing capability and excellent adhesion properties, ceramic coatings are well-suited for use with plastics, wood, polymers, composites, and, of course, metals.

  • Mil-Spec Coatings.png

Mil-Spec coatings are engineered to meet the exacting standards set by the U.S. military, ensuring exceptional durability and reliability. These specialized finishes undergo rigorous testing to withstand harsh environments and extreme conditions, guaranteeing long-lasting performance. Whether used on military vehicles, equipment, or critical electronic components, these coatings provide unparalleled protection. From safeguarding weapons systems to enhancing the longevity of sensitive devices, Mil-Spec coatings are the gold standard for industries requiring precision and resilience.

Our expertise in applying these coatings ensures that every application meets the highest benchmarks of quality and performance.

  • Nylon Powder Coating Service.png

When protection is your top priority, Nylon should be your go-to choice. Widely used in high-performance applications like automotive parts, office furniture, and appliances, nylon powder coatings deliver an exceptional balance of cost and performance. These coatings offer remarkable thermal stability, physical durability, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength, making them capable of withstanding almost any challenge.

Nylon coatings are highly resistant to pressure, pH variations, and temperature extremes. They also provide excellent dimensional stability, resist stress cracking, and have low moisture absorption. With a low coefficient of friction and superior abrasion resistance, nylon coatings are ideal for demanding environments. Additionally, nylon powder coatings are environmentally friendly, being derived from renewable castor seed oil.

  • PFA® Powder Coating Services.png

PFA® offers the high-temperature performance of PTFE® (Teflon™) in a versatile thermoplastic form, making it a top choice for fluorocarbon coatings. It excels in uniformly coating complex shapes with both thin and thick films and is available in industrial and food-grade versions. PFA® comes in water-based liquid and powder forms, adding flexibility for various applications. Its non-stick properties make it ideal for mold release, while its heat resistance allows for continuous use at up to 500 degrees. PFA® also maintains cryogenic stability and offers excellent non-wetting characteristics. With superior dielectric properties, low friction, and chemical resistance, PFA® is perfect for protecting tanks, pumps, and chemical transport systems.

  • PPG Xylan® Coatings.png

PPG Xylan® coatings offer a wide range of properties that make them ideal for various applications, particularly on machined components and fasteners. Unlike traditional fluoropolymer coatings, PPG Xylan® is a composite material. It combines lubricants with the lowest-known coefficient of friction with the latest high-temperature-resistant organic polymers to create durable and effective coatings.

PPG understands the critical importance of a well-engineered and correctly applied coating system. To ensure high standards, they established the “Quality Approved Coater” program, which identifies qualified sources for applying their products.
